First Impression has a homepage re-design

Wednesday, October 21st, 2009

If you hadn’t noticed we have launched a new homepage on our site today. After conducting some research using Google Analytics we discovered our homepage wasn’t being utilised to it’s full potential. We decided to totally strip down the old homepage of any clutter in favor of a more simplistic approach.

The re-designed homepage features a JQuery content slider which allows people to read about our core services all from the homepage and then click through to a more detailed service page. We have also added links to some of the social networking sites of which we belong to including Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook

Gas Care Uk – New website

Friday, October 16th, 2009

Gas Care is a family run business established in 1996. With a combined experience of over 40 years in the gas industry we have established an enviable reputation, they undertake work in the High Peak, Greater Manchester, Cheshire, Tameside and Oldham areas (Postcodes SK, M, & OL).

Gas Care’s previous website was becoming a little dated and with the company constantly expanding a new and improved website was required. The new site features a clean colour palette which continues the companies existing blue, red and white branding.

The site has been built around a content management system which allows the client to easily edit/add new content whenever required. They have utilized this by having latest news and Gas Care in the community pages to keep viewers up-to date with the latest happenings at the company.

PAS website has a refresh

Wednesday, October 7th, 2009

Peak Active Sport have been very busy lately, with lots of new ideas and new courses appearing they have been consuming a lot of printed material. Their latest leaflets, business cards and flyers have featured some really cool designs too,  so naturally they wanted their website to reflect their new branding.

The new site has adopted the funky blue gradient background which appears on PAS’s business cards. The main changes to the site  included a number of new pages, a navigational restructure, a new logo and saving the coolest addition till last – the gallery which is linked to the PAS Flickr photo stream which updates the website automatically when a new photo is added via Flickr.

Peak Active Sport Ltd was formed by Mark Jennings and Steve Brackenridge in January 2006. Their aim is to provide a fun, safe and friendly learning atmosphere, giving all an equal chance to be active regardless of their sporting background.

You can checkout the new PAS website here, does your website need a refresh?, if so feel free to get in touch with us
