A case study is a powerful way of demonstrating to potential customers the benefits of your products and services. It’s the ultimate testimony, much stronger than saying how good your company is at doing something. A case study positions your customer in the marketplace (so it’s also good PR for them too!). It should demonstrate what challenges your customer was facing or what needs they were looking to fulfill.
The solution, or what you actually did for the client, should be quite short. The real interest lies with the benefits your customer has enjoyed from using your products or services. Maybe it’s transformed the way they work, maybe they are now much more efficient, or maybe you have helped them to reduce their costs or attract new business. These types of benefits will really make other companies sit up and take notice.
