Brite Group Contract Cleaning Services
Brite Group is a professional cleaning and janitorial company servicing office and commercial facilities in the Greater Manchester and surrounding areas. Setting up their business in new premises in Hollingworth Hyde, they were looking for a new company identity and supporting marketing collateral. They had been recommended to talk to First Impression who gave them an identity that would enable them to deal professionally with corporate and public sector organisations.
Glossop Life
Glossop Life is a brand new magazine all about Glossop and surrounding districts in the High Peak. We’ve felt for quite a while that Glossop deserved its own magazine. It’s a great area, with interesting people, businesses and things to do and this magazine celebrates them and hears their stories. This first issue was really well received, with many accolades and emails to go in the next one so we are delighted. The schedule is to run this three times a year!
Revive
Revive was an idea of a local Tintwistle lady who wanted to open a quality coffee shop in the centre of Glossop. First Impression worked with her to develop a brand for her idea and Revive was born. The branding on the shop is very distinctive and identifiable on the high street. We have developed this branding across their signage, menus, leaflets, loyalty cards, feedback forms and posters in line for their opening and subsequent marketing campaigns. It has really helped to catapult the new shop in the area.
N3 - NHS
N3 is the NHS national broadband network linking hospitals, medical centres and GPs in England and Scotland and has replaced NHSnet. In 2004 BT won the contract to provide the N3 network and became the N3 Service Provider (N3SP).
First Impression was a key marketing/communications support for the N3SP team, providing early branding for the ground breaking project, bringing the public and private sector closer together. First Impression produced newsletters to communicate the project to BT and the NHS and marketing collateral and case studies over the subsequent 18 months.
Buxton Real Ale
Buxton Brewery Company was set up in April 2008 with a mission to bring back traditional brewing of English Real Ale to Buxton. They approached First Impression early on to develop a brand for their real ale to be used on the bottle labels and beer pumps.
This was an exciting project, communicating the ethos behind the real ale and how it is brewed with Buxton Spring water. The brand captures the essence of Buxton, yet it’s striking and unusual. We are now developing the brand further for a series of new real ales.
Peak Active Sport
Peak Active Sport Ltd provides specialist sports coaching for schools and children in and around the High Peak. Although Peak Active Sport already had a logo, First Impression updated it and created a brand for them so they could move their business forward.
That brand is instantly recognisable, from the leaflets we have designed for them, on their website, which we designed and built and the email marketing they use through our system, emailshot. This branding has helped PAS move their business to a new level and people instantly know, recognise and trust what they do.

Shine Foundation
SHINE Foundation is a Christian Safeguarding Agency working in the UK and overseas. First Impression worked closely with the Shine Foundation to develop a branding that they could follow through all their marketing activity and that would work just as well on a letterhead as it would on one of their vans in Africa.
First Impression gave Shine several logos to choose from. One was then developed into all their stationery and brochures.
BT HP Strategic Alliance
First Impression has a long standing relationship with BT. When a Strategic Alliance was developed between BT and HP, we were asked to develop internal and external material to communicate the Alliance. We incorporated the key branding guidelines of these two very strong and individual brands that would be acceptable to both companies.
Ultimate Cage Championships
First Impression has worked with the owners of this new venture Ultimate Cage Championships, previously. They had no hesitation in talking to us about branding for UCC.
A lot of research was undertaken into this unique sport in the UK and the US to develop a strong brand for UCC. This brand has been taken forward and designed into posters, an exciting new website, and even for the cage where the fights themselves will take place.
In2Fitness
In2Fitness is a new business set up by two fitness industry professionals. First Impression worked closely with them to develop a brand for their new business that was modern, colourful and representative of the fitness industry.
Once a logo had been chosen from a selection of ideas, First Impression developed the brand further into a funky new website, banners and postcards to kick start their new business.
Body Sculpture
Body Sculpture is a new business start up in Buxton. They use Acoustic Wave Therapy to help remove cellulite and improve the contours of your body. First Impression designed a new look for the business with business cards, leaflets, an advert to go in a local magazine, a new website and pull-up banners.
The response has been immediate and very encouraging for a new business in its first two weeks. So much so the owner is now looking to open in Macclesfield!
