First Impression has strengthened its team

Kim Waterhouse has been appointed as our business development manager

Kim has recently left ClubAZ, an Employee Benefits company who provide £1.2 million worth of benefits to global pharmaceutical giant AstraZeneca. At First Impression Kim’s role will help develop key business streams within their medium to large customer accounts as well as managing the relationship with 300 plus small companies who use First Impression as and when they need marketing support.

Martin Duncan, sales director at First Impression, said: “There's no doubt the recession has hit everyone hard. We’ve seen an upturn in our work as our clients look to us to help them attract new business. There is no doubt there is business out there, but you have to market yourself harder to get it.
