The Brief

Major Client Solutions - part of BT Global Solutions were looking for a channel to promote the services and solutions they provide to many of UK's major businesses internally, as well as aligning strategic messages to the disparate team.

Our Solution

First Impression helped launch the publication 'Inside Review' highlighting achievements and developments in Major Client Solutions as well as outlining their key objectives going forward.  The publication was well received and was expanded into a 16-page 250mm x 340mm full colour magazine incorporating BT's change of brand. 

First Impression provided a complete service from concept, collecting and writing copy, design, print and despatch. In line with BT's policy to develop and utilise the intranet, First Impression helped Major Client Solutions migrate the 'Inside Review' into a digital format and at the same time develop and re-design their intranet site, becoming an integral part of their internal communications team.
